On August 28-30, 2024 Automotive Testing Expo China was successfully concluded at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. The exhibition gathered more than 300 top companies in the industry to showcase the latest testing technologies and solutions, and to promote quality improvement and technological innovation in the automotive industry.

As a leader in the field of automotive electronic tool chain, TOSUN is presenting many new industry products and solutions at this exhibition, including TSMaster Joint Simulation, ECU Calibration and Measurement, ECU Diagnostics and Flashing, and Ethernet Simulation and Testing solutions. And we also brought the keynote speech of "TSMaster Automotive Ethernet SOMEIP and DoIP Solutions" in the main hall of Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center.

Speeches

As the level of automotive intelligence increases, the requirements of the whole vehicle on in-vehicle communication become higher and higher, and in-vehicle Ethernet technology is increasingly deployed by OEMs in their in-vehicle communication architectures.

At noon on August 29th, Mr. Gong Longfeng, Technical Support Operation Manager of TOSUN, delivered a keynote speech in the main conference hall. Mr. Gong introduced TOSUN's self-developed Ethernet virtual basic architecture, Ethernet service example applications and in-vehicle Ethernet solutions. The speech was well attended and attracted many professional guests from the automotive industry to watch and learn.

Solutions are the highlight

ECU diagnostics and flashing solutions:
TOSUN's ECU diagnosis and flashing solution is mainly based on TSMaster software to realize the basic UDS diagnostic function, database diagnostic module, as well as through the test system to write test cases to realize the automation test of diagnosis and generate test reports.

New Energy Vehicle Testing Solutions:
TSMaster-based test solutions for new energy vehicles mainly include functional test systems for ECUs, charging test systems and so on.

Bus conformance testing:
Mainly based on TOSUN's CAN FD/CAN bus tool and interferometer, and TSMaster software, it realizes fully automated conformance test of CAN FD/CAN nodes, network automation test, and automatic generation of test report.

In-line chassis solutions:
Based on the HIL simulation test system of TSMaster, TSMaster as the only test software contains rich API functions, complete peripheral integration and complete post-processing interfaces, etc. It is characterized by low cost, faster deployment, and high degree of automation.
