01 TSMaster Software

TOSUN's core software TSMaster can cover the whole process of code generation, SIL, HIL and VIL in automotive electronics V development model. ECU Diagnostics and Flashing Solutions

Program Description:
TOSUN's ECU diagnosis and flashing solution is mainly based on TSMaster software to realize.

Basic UDS diagnostic function, support configuration of diagnostic parameters and diagnostic services and other basic functions, in the diagnostic workbench you can execute diagnostic services, and you can clearly see the information of diagnostic requests and replies;
In the Automated Diagnostics module, the UDS-based Flash Bootloader flashing process is configured through the graphical interface to realize ECU flashing;
In the database-based diagnostic module, it supports loading diagnostic database files such as ODX/PDX;
Writing test cases through the test system enables automated testing of diagnostics and generation of test reports

Bus Conformance Test Solutions

Program Description:
This system is a CAN FD/CAN conformance test equipment based on TOSUN's CAN FD/CAN bus tool and interferometer, and TSMaster software, which automates CAN FD/CAN node physical layer, link layer and application layer tests for automotive parts.

Chassis Control HIL Solution

Program Description:
Based on the HIL simulation test system of TSMaster, TSMaster as the only test software contains rich API functions, complete peripheral integration and complete post-processing interfaces, etc. It is characterized by low cost, faster deployment, and high degree of automation.

Functional testing, diagnostic testing and system integration verification of relevant electronic control units;
Simulates the status of vehicle hardwired IO signals, bus node signals, power supply logic and process signals and electrical faults required by the electronic control unit to be tested;
Acquisition and analysis of controller control and drive signals, to complete the related electronic control unit function test, fault diagnosis and other related test and evaluation work;
Supports ECU single-node testing and multi-node joint testing;
Support automated testing, automatic generation of test reports, etc.
