TH7012 - CAN FD/LIN Bus Disturbance interface
TH7012 - CAN FD/LIN Bus Disturbance interface: Product Overview
The TH7012 can be used for CAN (FD)/LIN protocol testing to detect whether a node complies with the communication protocol specification and to ensure the normal and safe operation of the CAN (FD)/LIN network. In addition, the TH7012 can also be used to test whether the CAN IP core of the DUT complies with the ISO-11898-1 CAN communication protocol specification.
LIN Interference Mode:
Together with the host computer program, TH7012 supports
- Interference LIN Frame Specific Bit Value
- Flip LIN Frame Specific Bit Value
- Disturbance Count Statistics
- Sampling Point Testing
- Incomplete frame headers are sent according to user requirements, and frame headers can be configured to send synchronized interval segments, synchronized interval segments + synchronized
Segment, Synchronization Interval Segment + Synchronization Segment + Protected ID Segment - Frame response configurable data segment and byte-to-byte interval
- ±14% deviation in transmission baud rate
- Measurement Position Time
- Disturbance Trigger Output Function
CAN(FD) Interference Mode:
TH7012 Support:
- Interference CAN (FD) specific bit values
- Disturbance length is configurable
- Multiple trigger modes, such as frame trigger, error trigger, software trigger, etc.
- Bit Width Deviation Test
- Bus-off Behavior Test
- Sampling point testing and other functions
ISO 16845 Testing Mode:
When configured for ISO 16845 test mode, the TH7012 verifies the following behaviors of the part under test:
- Supports testing of the DUT's response to standard, extended, CAN FD and CAN frames with different identifiers and frame lengths.
FD Expanded frame sending and receiving capabilities - Supports the error handling function of the test IUT, including BIT error, CRC error, STUFF error, FORM
Errors and overload frame errors - Supports the ability to test different behaviors of the IUT in active and passive error states
