GCM112 - Raptor Control Module: Product Overview
With two CAN FD buses and flexible configuration of input and output interfaces. It supports 26 analog inputs, 23 digital/frequency inputs and 1 wake-up input, and the outputs include multi-position high side driver, low side driver and 5V PWM output. Built-in acceleration sensor and four 5V sensor power supply, voltage range 8V-16V, with industrial grade protection (IP67) and wide temperature operating environment (-40°C to 85°C).
Developed on the MATLAB/Simulink and Raptor-Dev platforms, the module utilizes automated integration and code generation to significantly accelerate algorithm development and supports simulation and automated testing for safety-critical vehicle and industrial applications. The core processor is the 300MHz Aurix TC377, which supports ISO 25119 functional safety. The whole machine is made of aluminum alloy shell and weighs about 1.0kg.
