TF1011 - Handheld ECU Flashing Tool
The TF1011 is a single-channel, handheld program flushing device. Together with the TSMaster software, users can complete the editing of UDS diagnostic processes (typical applications such as UDS brush-write processes) without writing code. It supports the simultaneous configuration of three groups of download processes, which can be switched at the push of a button.
One CAN FD interface, compatible with both CAN2.0 and CAN FD, with built-in programmable termination resistors, eliminating the need for external termination resistors.
Description
An offline flashing device is a tool used to modify and update the software of electronic devices. It can write new program code or data into the device's memory to upgrade or repair the device's functionality. The flash device is paired with TSMaster to compile the flash process, and the user can use the software to update the device driver, firmware or operating system. Such devices are widely used in various fields, including the automotive industry, electronic equipment production and repair, and communication equipment. It is easy and fast to use and can effectively improve the performance and functionality of the device and ensure that it is always up-to-date.
Features:
- CAN channel DC2500V isolated
- Built-in configurable 120Ω termination resistor
- Adopt DB9 interface, support power from DB9 interface
- Matching DB9 to OBD-II cable
- The UDS flashing process is configured through the TSMaster software GUI, no programming required
- Seamless integration of R&D and production configuration processes
- Permission control (optional): Support remote update process for users with permission
- Support custom-seed key algorithm download
- Supports up to three sets of diagnostic (including FBL flashing) processes simultaneously, switchable by key
- Flashing process message record (optional)
- Support Infineon Uart on CAN protocol
- Support for controlling the power port of the downloaded device
Typical applications.
After the configuration is completed on the PC side, the following functions can be implemented in the device in a handheld offline scenario:
- Diagnostics based on UDS protocol
- Flash Bootloader program update based on UDS protocol
