TIO9011 - 12-Channel Digital Input-Output Module

TIO 系列产品是为汽车电子系统设计的通用测试模块，可用于如硬件在环（HIL）测试等场景，这些模块提供了一种高效、灵活的方式来模拟和测试汽车中的各种电子控制单元（ECU），帮助工程师确保系统可靠性和性能，同时加快开发周期并降低成本，是汽车电子系统开发中不可或缺的工具。

TIO 系列设备采用高度模块化的设计，用户可以自主选择需要用到的模块通过雷莫连接器线束进行级联，多个模块级联后使用太阳集团6138配套的雷莫连接器线束接入 IN 接口为设备供电以及连接 CAN/CANFD 总线工具即可在 PC 端通过 TSMaster 软件控制 TIO 系列设备。

• High Precision Output/Acquisition: TIO series devices are capable of providing high precision signal processing, such as resistance simulation, voltage/current output acquisition, and PWM signal output acquisition;
• 软件高度契合：TIO 系列板卡高度契合太阳集团6138TSMaster 软件，可以无缝集成到 TSMaster 的部分自动化测试用例中，简化了配置过程，减低了使用门槛。

Functional parameters

驱动能力：

数字信号输出支持推挽、低边驱动（NMOS 开漏）、高边驱动（PMOS 开漏）：

• Push+Pull（推挽模式）：可以输出低电平，也可以输出高电平，驱动能力较强。
• Push（高边驱动）：可输出高电平，低电平需下拉。
• Pull（低边驱动）：可输出低电平，高电平需上拉。

PUSH 模式、PULL+PUSH 模式下才会使用内部高电平参考电压（VCC_5V）或外接的高电平参考电压（VBAT）。门限电压（VREF）和高电平电压（VBAT）可通过外部参考电压进行设置。
