Still having trouble with the operation of the TSMaster TIO9000 module? Confronted with complicated function configuration? Don't worry, the official user manual is here! Whether you are new to TIO9000 module or a senior engineer who wants to further improve the efficiency, this ultra-detailed user manual can help you easily master the core functions and say goodbye to debugging problems.

Keywords:TSMaster, TIO

Some of the styles and symbols used in this article can be found in the following table descriptions.

TIO9000 upper computer, is an interactive software developed for TOSUN standard hardware products TIO9000 series boards. It is mainly used for:

The TIO Upper consists of the following five main areas:

3.1 Toolbar area

The toolbar is differentiated into a menu bar and a channel bar.

The top of the window is the menu bar, as in Figure 2.

The menu bar icons are described below:

Click the following icon to bring up the "Reporting Interval Setting" window, where you can set the period of automatic reporting for a certain type of board. Setting it to 0 will stop the automatic reporting of a certain type of board. As in Figure 3.

Click the following icon to bring up the "Output Language Box" window, and select the language of the script code you want to output. Output the corresponding message script code for the board operation. As in Figure 4 and Figure 5.

Below the menu bar is the channel bar, and the channel bar icons are described below:

Click the following icon to add a channel, a pop-up window will appear for selecting a board channel, and a button will be created on the right side to switch to that channel after the selection is completed. Click the created button to switch to that working channel and connect (channel 1 in this case). As in Figure 6.

After adding a channel, click the created channel button to query all the boards working on the selected channel and get the messages reported by the boards. As in Figure 7.

3.2 Board Channel Tree View Area

The left side of the window shows the board channel tree view. Different boards and different channels of a particular board can be selected here, as in Figure 8.

3.3 Board data reading and setting area

The center of the window is the interface for reading and setting the board data, where you can view and set the board configuration data, as in Figure 9.

3.4 Operating instructions area

On the right side of the window, you can view the operating instructions for this card, as shown in Figure 10.

3.5 Operation log area

Used to display log messages for sending request messages to operate the hardware and the script code for that operation. As in Figure 11.

4.1 TIO9011

After the channel mode is set to Pull, Push, Pull+Push, the output PWM parameter and output high/low level parameter are switched to optional state. Channel mode, output PWM parameter, input PWM parameter, output high/low level parameter, and input high/low level parameter are all acquired through automatic reporting by the board.

▲ Set the channel mode:

▲ Set the output PWM parameters:

When the top checkbox is checked, the output PWM parameters are settable.

▲ Sets the output high and low level parameters:

When the top checkbox is checked, the Output High/Low Level parameter is settable.

4.2 TIO9015

Channel mode, output analog, and input analog are all acquired through the board's automatic reporting.

▲ Set the channel mode:

▲ Set the output analog:

4.3 TIO9036

Relay status and resistor resistance values are obtained by automatic reporting from the board.

▲ Set the relay status:

▲ Set the resistor resistance value:

4.4 TIO9045

Relay status is obtained by automatic reporting from the board.

▲ Set the relay status:

Make sure the hardware is connected properly (TIO board device and CAN message transceiver device). This example uses TIO9000 series board + TC1016.

Step 1:Create a new TSMaster project and open the TIO9000.

Step 2:Start TSMaster online measurement.

Step 3:Add the channel and OK.

Step 4:The board is recognized and connected, and the module view is displayed.

Step 5:Select and manipulate boards through the left-hand tree view.

In the message information window (Trace), you can see the signal values that have been modified (you need to load the dbc file in advance to parse the message), as well as the board's physical bright light changes.

Description of symbols
